AG Asks Colleagues to Issue Subpoenas in Google Investigations

Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood led a session, “Intellectual Property Crimes Online: Dangerous Access to Prescription Drugs and Pirated Content,” at the National Association of Attorneys General 2013 Summer Meeting.  Attorney General Hood of Mississippi, Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli II of Virginia and Attorney General David Louie of Hawaii have been calling for Google to stop assisting in the sale of prescription drugs without a prescription and intentionally ignoring reports of rogue pirate sites selling stolen music, movies, software and video games.
