      <description>The Mississippi Attorney General’s Office is pleased to announce its annual State Government Attorneys’ CLE seminar on June 14 and 15, 2012.&amp;nbsp; The seminar is held to provide State Government Attorneys’ 12 hours of continuing legal education, including at least (1) ethics hour.&amp;nbsp; Registration is open to state and local government attorneys.&amp;nbsp; There is no charge for the seminar; however the CLE Commission requires that $1.50 per hour be paid to the Commission for which attendees will be responsible.&amp;nbsp; 
For the convenience of preparation please register by June 8, 2012.&amp;nbsp; 

You must sign the attendance sheet each day you attend the Seminar to receive credit.

      <title>Mississippi Domestic Violence Protective Order Registry Training &#45; CLERKS</title>

      <description>All Court Clerks in the State of Mississippi  &#45;  This important training is a 4&#45;hour session and will provide All clerks from Municipal, Justice, County and Chancery Courts instruction on entering protection orders into the Protection Order Registry and entering dispositions for domestic violence arrest into the Uniform Offense Report via the ReportBeam System. 



There will also be a review of the paperwork and procedures associated domestic abuse protection orders.&amp;nbsp;  Any court clerk or deputy court clerk having duties related to entering protection orders into the MS Protection Order Registry or entering criminal dispositions into the MS Uniform Offense Report who has not previously received training should attend one of these sessions.&amp;nbsp; There are no trainings scheduled at this time.</description>
