Home Repair Fraud Arrests
The Attorney General's Office investigates Home Repair Fraud all over the state. Once investigations are completed the cases are commonly referred to the local prosecutor. The Office often acts in a support role or actively prosecutes at the discretion of the local prosecutor. While a case is pending, neither law enforcement personnel nor prosecutors are allowed to discuss specific details of the cases with the media or the public.
