The Attorney General’s Office investigates Home Repair Fraud all over the state. Once investigations are completed the cases are commonly referred to the local prosecutor. The Office often acts in a support role or actively prosecutes at the discretion of the local prosecutor. While a case is pending, neither law enforcement personnel nor prosecutors are allowed to discuss specific details of the cases with the media or the public.
