Interlocal Agreements

The Mississippi Attorney General’s Office provides training and legal assistance to local officials and approves interlocal agreements between agencies and local governments pursuant to Section 17-13-1 et seq. of the Mississippi Code.  Interlocal agreements should be submitted for approval after the agreements have been approved and signed by all parties to the agreements.
