Put in Place:
Active Duty Alert – Contact 1 credit bureau
Security Freeze – Contact all 3 credit bureaus
Active Duty Alert – Free
Security Freeze – Free for MS Identity Theft victim
To Establish a`New line of Credit Once Your Alert or Freeze is in Place:
Active Duty Alert – Credit bureau should verify your identity
Security Freeze – Temporarily lift the freeze with the PIN or password you received when placing your freeze
Active Duty Alert – You can designate a representative to act on your behalf
Security Freeze – Freezes can be managed online.
